Mission Statement
V4V is a non-profit 501(c3) corporation specifically designed by being proactive in reducing suicidal incident among our Veteran community, by offering FREE mental health assistance and associated programs within local populations.
Objectives
Our volunteers and professionals work with Veterans and their families by offering relationship and connection, as supported by individual and collective activities.
From there, interceding treatments are provided to help reduce crisis behaviors and mitigate the alarming and disproportionate threat of suicide.
Also, V4V trains local law enforcement, first responders, or appropriate others in Suicide Intervention techniques, ASSIST Model.
